Vaibhav Bhutra

Co-Founder

Mr. Vaibhav, an entrepreneur & Founder by choice, experience of more than 15+ years in Education and Training Management, School Management, Operations management, Relationship Management and Product Head for various education Projects.
A finance professional getting into education to understand the issues of quality of teachers and using technology to provide the best education to students and schools and working with them as a consultant to provide services like Marketing, Training, recruitment and Growth
Worked with a team of  people across Gujarat on various training programs of companies like  Educomp Solutions, Vidyamandir Classes, Pearson Education, Indiacan, Topper Learning, and Pearson India.
Vaibhav is also Co-founder of EducoTrain (www.educotrain.com), EducoPro (Educo.pro) and Director of LearnSpace Innovations Private Limited

Ruchi Gupta

Miss Ruchi Gupta, an MBA -HR having rich 6+ years of professional experience as HR GENERALIST and Recruitment Consultant for Middle East , Africa, PAN-India level, Singapore and Malaysia Region. Catered Industries like IT, Education, BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare , E-commerce and FMCG  for their Senior and Mid-level positions. Majorly handled Executive Level Positions for the Middle East and Africa. Also worked with Leading IT Companies, IT institutes and Placement Agencies based in Ahmedabad.

Midhuna

Miss Midhuna, an accomplished HR professional with a wealth of experience in team leadership and recruitment. With over 3 years of industry experience and a degree in commerce, Midhuna has demonstrated a keen ability to identify and attract top talent for companies across various sectors.
Not only a talented HR professional also a tech-savvy, adept at using the latest recruitment tools and techniques to source and screen candidates. Currently working as a recruiter with EducoHire.
